- Own a problem area across connected surfaces, from definition to delivery.
- Research, design, write, test, measure, and iterate without waiting for a spec.
- Move commercial outcomes on your surface: activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, adherence.
- Create designs that build trust and hold up in a regulated market.
- Contribute to the Design System.
- Set up A/B tests and read them honestly.
- Conduct your own research and usability testing.
- Break down problems and package them back up for the team to build.
