Key Responsibilities

•Lead or support technology advisory engagements, assessing applications, data, platforms, and operating models to develop pragmatic transformation roadmaps
•Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives that consider organisational readiness, constraints, and risk
•Contribute to the development of business cases, investment proposals, and phased delivery plans
•Support executive and senior leadership conversations by bringing structured insights, options, and recommendations
•Connect client needs to Avanade’s solution portfolio, working closely with delivery and solution teams
•Collaborate with Microsoft account teams and internal stakeholders to identify and shape opportunities
•Manage and mentor consultants and senior consultants, supporting their development and engagement quality
•Play an active role in internal capability building, asset development, and knowledge sharing within the Tech Advisory community
