Key Responsibilities

•Own Complex Technical Delivery: Take end-to-end ownership of the largest and most ambiguous problems in an engagement.
•Set Technical Direction: Lead architectural decisions across multiple workstreams and teams.
•Architect GenAI Solutions: Lead the design of production applications powered by generative AI, including RAG pipelines, LLM-backed features, and conversational interfaces.
•Lead Agentic Systems Design: Architect AI agent and multi-agent systems using emerging protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A) and orchestration frameworks.
•Champion the Agentic Way: Set the standard for AI-assisted engineering, introducing and scaling AI-powered coding assistants and agentic IDEs.
•Own Quality and Operational Excellence: Be accountable for the operational health of what your teams ship.
•Grow Engineers and Influence Stakeholders: Mentor and grow engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and hands-on guidance.
