Key Responsibilities

•Own the Agentic AI workstream end-to-end: platform architecture, agent development patterns, deployment, and governance
•Design and deploy agentic AI solutions that accelerate legacy application and database modernisation
•Enable roll out of net new agentic AI capabilities for the customer
•Serve as the senior AI/ML technical authority on a large multi-workstream program
•Define AI platform strategy on AWS (Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker) and establish reusable patterns for agentic use cases
•Influence the modernisation strategy, collaborating with modernisation architects, application developers, and data engineers
•Advise senior customer stakeholders on AI strategy, risk, and adoption approaches
•Establish evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and governance for production agentic systems
•Mentor and uplift team capability in GenAI/Agentic AI delivery
